加液電瓶保養及維(wei)護
特別注釋:基礎型手推式運(yun)用的(de)長周期電(dian)瓶(ping)(12伏*2)一(yi)般為不含電(dian)解液(ye)的(de)準干(gan)電(dian)瓶(ping)。運(yun)用前,務必要增(zeng)加(jia)電(dian)瓶(ping)原液(ye)。初次運(yun)用,切忌增(zeng)加(jia)電(dian)瓶(ping)彌補(bu)液(ye)或清水(shui)。(一(yi)般終(zhong)端客戶在第(di)一(yi)次運(yun)用前已由銷售商增(zeng)加(jia)完電(dian)瓶(ping)原液(ye)、已充(chong)滿電(dian))
電瓶(ping)長時刻運用保養細節:
(1)新(xin)電瓶(ping)(ping)運用前需充(chong)(chong)滿電。充(chong)(chong)電時,應先把電瓶(ping)(ping)與充(chong)(chong)電器(qi)相連(lian)接,待充(chong)(chong)電器(qi)上的綠燈(deng)亮了(le)以后,再將充(chong)(chong)電器(qi)刺進電源(yuan)插座,風(feng)扇正(zheng)常(chang)滾動為正(zheng)常(chang)充(chong)(chong)電。
(2)新電瓶在運用30-50個(ge)周期后,方可達到最大(da)容量(liang);因此(ci),初期應定量(liang)運用。
(3)電瓶(ping)接線應堅持干燥性(xing),守時(shi)查看完好無損,接頭聯接應堅持緊密。需定時(shi)查看電瓶(ping)接線有(you)無破損、接頭有(you)無松動.。(接頭進水接觸欠好很容易形成(cheng)陰(yin)陽插頭融合)
(4)電瓶在運用及充電過程(cheng)中,電瓶蓋(gai)口(kou)應(ying)堅持關閉狀況。(守時查(cha)看(kan)時刻無(wu)比蓋(gai)好(hao)蓋(gai)子(zi))
(5)電瓶和(he)其他部位都應永遠堅(jian)持(chi)干凈,無塵(chen)埃(ai)、無腐蝕(shi)。
(6)切忌(ji)在液(ye)位(wei)低的電(dian)(dian)瓶中增加電(dian)(dian)瓶原液(ye)。由(you)此形成的電(dian)(dian)瓶損壞不在保修(xiu)規模之(zhi)內。(廠家補(bu)白)
(7)一般應(ying)在充電后(hou)再(zai)增加(jia)(jia)彌(mi)(mi)補(bu)液(ye)。但如在充電前,電瓶液(ye)位(wei)(wei)已(yi)低(di)于其內板,則(ze)需當即(ji)增加(jia)(jia)彌(mi)(mi)補(bu)液(ye),使電瓶液(ye)位(wei)(wei)略(lve)高于內板,然后(hou)方可充電。充完電后(hou)應(ying)再(zai)次查看,電瓶液(ye)位(wei)(wei)應(ying)略(lve)低(di)于加(jia)(jia)液(ye)口底部。
(8)電(dian)瓶彌補液應為處理(li)過的(de)蒸餾水(shui)。應避(bi)免運用含有(you)礦物質的(de)水(shui)。
(9)為延伸電(dian)瓶(ping)運用(yong)壽數,電(dian)瓶(ping)放電(dian)量不應超越其實際容量的80%。
(10)充(chong)電器(qi)應與電瓶(ping)相(xiang)配(pei)。劣(lie)質(zhi)充(chong)電器(qi)會損壞電瓶(ping)并嚴峻影(ying)響(xiang)電瓶(ping)的(de)運(yun)用。
(11)應避免在(zai)50攝氏度以上(shang)的環境里充(chong)電。
(12)長周期電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶應(ying)定時進行(xing)平(ping)衡充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。平(ping)衡充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是一種在(zai)正常充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后、低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、加(jia)延(yan)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。此種加(jia)延(yan)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)有益于堅(jian)持電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶各分塊(kuai)之(zhi)間的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓平(ping)衡。常常運(yun)(yun)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶應(ying)每周進行(xing)一次加(jia)延(yan)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。如運(yun)(yun)用自動充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,在(zai)正常充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)完結(jie)以后,斷開(kai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,然(ran)后,重新連接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),即可進行(xing)加(jia)延(yan)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
(13)如多塊電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)以(yi)并聯或串聯方(fang)式連接,替(ti)換(huan)的(de)(de)電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)應(ying)與其(qi)它電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)相同(tong)尺寸,運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)壽數(shu)及運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)程度也應(ying)接近(jin)。不要把(ba)新電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)與運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)超(chao)越50個周期以(yi)上的(de)(de)舊(jiu)電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)放在一(yi)起運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),應(ying)更換(huan)一(yi)切電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping),或用(yong)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)程度同(tong)等(deng)的(de)(de)舊(jiu)電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)替(ti)換(huan)下損壞(huai)的(de)(de)電(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)。
(14)電(dian)(dian)瓶的(de)定時(shi)檢測是(shi)電(dian)(dian)瓶保護保養的(de)重要環節。對充滿(man)電(dian)(dian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)瓶用電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液濃度(du)表(biao)進行測試,可(ke)查(cha)看電(dian)(dian)瓶各(ge)組成塊之間的(de)平(ping)衡(heng)程度(du)以及其(qi)真(zhen)實(shi)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)水平(ping)。電(dian)(dian)瓶各(ge)組成塊之間的(de)濃度(du)讀數如有不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng),一(yi)般(ban)要求當(dang)即進行平(ping)衡(heng)充電(dian)(dian);一(yi)起也(ye)表(biao)明電(dian)(dian)瓶有不(bu)標準(zhun)充電(dian)(dian),或(huo)某一(yi)組成塊已損壞(huai)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)檢測(線路斷開狀(zhuang)況,滿(man)充電(dian)(dian)或(huo)放完電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)況)可(ke)找(zhao)出損壞(huai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)瓶或(huo)較差(cha)電(dian)(dian)瓶。當(dang)其(qi)它的(de)檢測方法均不(bu)能找(zhao)到問(wen)(wen)題時(shi),負(fu)荷(he)測試可(ke)以幫助發現有問(wen)(wen)題的(de)電(dian)(dian)瓶。
(15)并聯或串聯組成的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓應與充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓相符。如充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低于電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,它永遠(yuan)無法將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。反之(zhi),如充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過高(gao),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),會使電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)過熱、產(chan)生(sheng)很多的(de)(de)氣泡,嚴峻時(shi),會發生(sheng)爆破(po)或其它危(wei)害。
(16)隨著電(dian)瓶的(de)(de)老化,其保護(hu)的(de)(de)要求也在改變(bian)。充(chong)電(dian)時刻延伸,充(chong)電(dian)結束時的(de)(de)安培數增高。老化的(de)(de)電(dian)瓶需(xu)常常加液,其容量(liang)也在不斷降低。
(17)鉛液(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)應盡(jin)早充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。避免在部(bu)分(fen)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)情況下運(yun)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping),這樣(yang)會(hui)縮短電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)壽數、降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)容量(liang)。長期運(yun)用部(bu)分(fen)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)而形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)損壞及壽數縮短,不在保修規(gui)模之內。
(18)極(ji)點溫度(du)會(hui)(hui)(hui)嚴峻影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)的運用(yong)及充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)作用(yong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)運用(yong)的理想(xiang)溫度(du)為攝(she)氏26.67度(du)。低溫會(hui)(hui)(hui)降(jiang)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)容量并遲滯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。高溫會(hui)(hui)(hui)增加水耗、形成過度(du)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。極(ji)點高溫則會(hui)(hui)(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)“熱(re)敏(min)逃脫”,嚴峻時會(hui)(hui)(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)爆破或火災。
(19)長期(qi)寄(ji)存、不(bu)運用狀況對鉛(qian)液電瓶極度有害(hai)。如長期(qi)寄(ji)存不(bu)可(ke)避(bi)免,我們(men)建議:
a)寄存前將電瓶(ping)充滿(man)電
b)拆除一切電瓶(ping)聯接線
c)盡量將電瓶寄(ji)存在(zai)清涼(liang)的環境(jing)中(zhong),但一起(qi)應留意(yi)溫(wen)度應在(zai)攝氏零度以上。寄(ji)存的電瓶會緩慢(man)放(fang)電,溫(wen)度越低,放(fang)電越慢(man)。
d)如電瓶長期寄存(cun)、不(bu)運用,每兩個月應(ying)充電一次(ci)。
